Around the World with Wells

At Wells College we prepare students to appreciate complexity and difference, to embrace new ways of knowing, to be creative, and to respond ethically to the interdependent worlds to which they belong. Study abroad programs play an integral role in this process. Whether you want to study in Dakar, Florence, Paris, or Sevilla, you can expect to learn about the world from a different perspective while integrating with a diverse community of students, scholars, and citizens.

Every year, Wells programs enroll students from colleges and universities throughout the US. Students choose a Wells program because of the personal service, academic quality, and focus on cultural integration. The Wells experience begins by calling one of our program directors. Our program directors are all faculty members at Wells who have an in-depth knowledge of the program, country, and language.

Once you are overseas, in-country staff will continue to support your learning experience, overseeing academic progress and organizing cultural programming. Once you finish your program, you will receive a Wells College transcript with your grades and credits converted into US semester hours and grades.
