Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of making a website search engine friendly, so that when a search is performed for a specific keyword phrase in Google, Yahoo!, MSN or any other search engine, that site appears high on the results page, and is thus more likely to be seen by potential clients.

Search engine marketing (SEM) is similar to SEO but involves the purchase of keywords for quick, targeted online marketing campaigns. The results are displayed on the top and right hand side of the search results page.

MicroSite development involves the creation of a Web page or group of Web pages designed to work as a supplement to a main page.  In other words, if you have a particular program you want highlighted, you can create a small website specifically for that one program. The content should be targeted and relevant, specifically aimed at feedinga prospective student information and encouraging them to contact, inquire or apply.
